JUNC TOWN BROWN ALE
A Traditional British Working Man's ale, Junctown Brown is refreshing,
yet robust. The subtle bitterness of fuggle hops unites with
the pleasant nuttiness of victory malt to create ambrosia in a mug.

SATIN SOLSTICE IMPERIAL STOUT
This smooth, creamy stout and a crackling fireplace are the perfect

This Irish Style Red Ale is brewed mostly with organic ingredients.
A portion of the sales from this beer are donated to the Midwest
Renewable Energy Association (www.themrea.org) to aid in the mission
to promote renewable energy, energy efficiency, and sustainable
living through education and demonstration.

Available in draft only (currently) - a traditional cream ale,
this smooth, golden colored ale drinks clean with subtle flavors of
real Wisconsin honey.

Available in draft only, is a collaboration of the head brewer
and his wife in celebration of their marriage. The beer has a light,
malty body with the earthy esthers of a Irish Style Red, but has the
citrusy bitterness commonly found in American Style Pale Ales.
