Central Waters 11th Anniversary Party
February 2009
On February 7, 2009, Central Waters Brewing Company celebrated
11 years of brewing. Attendees enjoyed the live musical stylings
of Sloppy Joe, great food, and many special beer tappings throughout
the day. A big ‘THANK YOU!’ goes out to everyone who came out to
help us celebrate, and to those of you who make Central Waters
Brewery what it is today!
Monger's Old Ale
October 2007
On October 4th, 2007 Great Heron Homebrew Open winner Edward Mathis
joined us to brew Monger's Old Ale at the brewpub. The beer will age for
a full year, and is planned to be released at the awards for the 2008
competition, and will be ready just in time to enter the 2008 Great
American Beer Festival.
